Is God placing a new ministry on your heart - a way to connect, service, bless others? Then, I encourage you to act - be bold and courageous. Talk with pastors, brainstorm with friends, use your time/gifts/talents to shine Christ's light.
If you'd like help forming a support group or art group or anything else that God lays on your heart,
contact Sandy Ward (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Face Masks Available
Members of our Church's Maskateers have made masks for both adults and children in an act of sharing God’s love in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic. The masks are washable and reusable. Wearing Face Masks in the community helps protect others. Wearing masks will help keep your neighbor healthy when our Church reopens its doors.
If you need a facemask, contact Linda Bitzer (708-444-8560 or email@example.com) to arrange a pick up (or delivery) of your mask(s). Specify # of masks needed and if they are for an adult or child.
Donations to the Mission Committee of Faith UMC
Faith's "Maskateers" are looking for a few good sewers to join them in making facemasks. These are masks for adults (and children) that we'll offer when we gather (in-person) for worship services.
If you'd like to join our small (but mighty) team of skilled sewers, contact our lead "Maskateer," Jan Kubillus (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Some of us do not have a techie person at home. So, Faith has formed a Techie Team to help you watch our ONLINE devotions and worship services. Note: they are not computer experts. They are friendly volunteers, who will help you connect with Facebook and our church website.
If you need assistance (or would like to join the Techie Team,) contact Linda Bitzer (email@example.com,

New Ministry - New Hobby
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Are you up for learning a new hobby? Our Prayer Shawl ministry is in need of knitted or crocheted shawls or lapghans (small rectangular afghans) for people in need. We will eventually get back to visiting hospitals and shut ins and it is so nice to bring a homemade gift. If God is placing a new ministry on your heart, a way to connect, to do service, and bless others, this may be just for you. Listed to the right are some websites for BEGINNERS.
Please call Mary Bukovi (708-460-2044 and leave a message) if you have questions about this project.
