"Be still, and know that I am God! I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth." Psalm 46:10

This week I have found it difficult to remain silent and listen to what God is saying to me. My mind has continued to race with to do lists, fears, shortcomings, and more.

As I tried to center my thoughts in silence, I was reminded of the subtraction prayer that we did together a few months ago. If you are like me this week, and your mind is racing, I invite you to join me in a time of centering by saying Psalm 46:10, taking away a word from the phrase to draw you back as your mind begins to wander.

Be still, and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am

Be still and know

Be still

Be

Blessings, Pastor Caitlyn
