Strategic Objectives

Strategic Objectives For the past two weeks, I've been privileged to be a part of Strategic Objective conversations with many of our church leaders. In these conversations, committee chairpersons & ministry team leaders were invited to share their ministry celebrations and concerns. They were encouraged to think about how their specific areas of ministry helped our congregation accomplish our Strategic Objectives.

Some of you are scratching your heads right now and asking, "We have Strategic Objectives?"

The answer is, "Yes, we do." Our 3 Strategic Objectives are: Nurture Children/Youth, Deepen Discipleship, and Increase our Missional Impact. The purpose of these Strategic Objectives is to help us focus our ministry. They identify our ministry priorities. They help us pull our oars in the same direction. They remind us that while we have different roles, we share a common mission.

A lot of our time in these conversations have been listening and learning about the amazing service of our congregation members. They have been opportunities to celebrate the numerous areas of ministry at Faith and acknowledge that we cannot offer all the wonderful ministries at Faith without you.

So, THANK YOU. Thank you for your dedication and service. Thank you for offering your time and talents, gifts and resources. Thank you for helping set up and clean up. Thank you for bringing goodies to share. Thank you for champions for children and mentors for the newest members of our church family. We can only do what we're doing at Faith because of YOU.

Gratefully, Pastor Caleb
