Dear Scrip Customers, Because of the current pandemic, there will temporarily be no Scrip table available to place orders or pick up your gift cards when church reopens. There will be strict guidelines to follow when church finally opens which does not permit having close contact with others. I have been placing Scrip orders every Sunday while the church has been closed. People drop their orders off at my house and arrange to pick up their cards at my house anytime after the following Tuesday. I will be continuing to process orders every Sunday when church reopens. Please feel free to contact me anytime about dropping off an order. Because I won't be able to pass out order forms in the church, please feel free to write your orders on a piece of paper to give to me with your check or cash.

Thanks to all who have continued to support our Scrip Gift Card Program which raises money for youth and adult mission trips. Hope you all are staying safe and healthy. Blessings, Genie Lang, Scrip Coordinator

Faith Puppet Ministry

Have your ever wanted to behind that black puppet curtain
making the colorful puppet characters dance and sing?
We would love to have you join us.

We also need propateers (those who hold signs during the show)

and stage-hands.

For more information contact Bob Lazarz, Puppet Ministry Coordinator,
or the church office (708) 444-8560

Drivers Needed

This request is temporarily on hold.

Are you available to pick up a member and drive him/
her to church occasionally? We have several members
of the congregation who cannot attend church because they no longer drive. If we could get a number of drivers, each person would only be responsible for driving once a month (or less).

If you are available to help with this ministry or have questions, please contact Sandy Ward @ sandyward60462@yahoo.com or 708-349-7490.
Also, if you need a ride, let Sandy know.

Calling all Children/Youth lovers!

This request is temporarily on hold.

We are in need of some fun and exciting adults to help guide, teach & mentor the kids of Faith. We are looking for Sunday school teachers & helpers, Youth group leaders, & confirmation leaders. The requirements are minimal & there isn't much prep work involved (Kim & Caitlyn have everything ready for you).  We will work with your schedule & you choose when you want to help.

Contact Kim Clifton or Pastor Caitlyn for more information.

Youth Council
This request is temporarily on hold.

We will be conducting Youth Council meetings. The purpose of the Youth Council is to brainstorm youth activities, and make these activities a reality. Any parents, youth, or adults interested in helping with our youth ministry are welcome to join.

For more information, please contact

Pastor Caitlyn at pastorcaitlyn@faithumcop.org

or 708-444-8560.

Food Pantry Volunteers Needed!

This service is temporarily on hold. Please click here for information about the Micro Pantry.

Faith UMC and Together-We-Cope are in partnership to provide food to our neighbors in need. The pantry welcomes clients on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9 am to 12 noon. The Missions Committee is asking for volunteers to distribute bags of food one or more mornings to the families that seek this service. Please see Sandy Ward or sign-up in the lobby.

Communion Servers

Focusing on ministry as belonging to all people, the custom has now become for a lay person or two to take on the role of Communion Steward. For more information call the church office at (708) 444-8560.
